reflection

well i had fun making this blog but now its my turn to express my real feelings about blogging. to me since we had to make this blog for school i felt restricted as to what i could say so i guess i didn't really get a full experience in blogging and no one commented on any of my blogs so that was a huge let down but since we had to do this for school i had to enjoy it as much as possible. even though my topic was challenging to think of things to write about i guess it should be worth a grade personally i think blogging was a huge waste of time that we could have been using by learning things we need to know for next year instead of having to rush everything by after we got finished with our blogs but i guess its supposed to get u ready for next year and having a lot of homework every night so i guess i get why my teacher did this. I'm not trying to make my teacher look bad or anything because he is a great teacher he is always nice and he is energetic he always encourages everybody to do better. but with my blog i feel some of my topics were just all over the place but that's just how i think. if i had spent a little bit more time on each blog i could have organized the words better but other than that i think i got my point across in each blog so i guess that was a mission completed. also with the music player from trance.fm it took me 3 days to figure out how to get it to work and to me that was the most frustrating part. the easiest part in the blog for me was finding pictures to go with my posts. most of my blog was just a go with it type of thing because i hardly had a clue what to write about after about my 5 post so i guess i has a small case of writers block but it was easy to get over.

arg! he be a pirate!

pirates are bad people weather we are talking about the people who steal ships or the people who steal music and movies off the Internet. no body like pirate they steal things for their own personal gain and not for everyone. think how many pirates in movies are double crosiers and take the treasure all for themselves. well that's how a person who pirates music and movies off the Internet because they burn the movies and music onto discs and sell them for a way lower price then the stores that sell that CD or DVD and because they are selling the music or movies for a way lower price they get good bossiness and make a pretty big chunk of change. pirating is wrong when a person pirates a movie or CD the artist loses money because when more people pirate their music they make less and less money but they essentially become more popular and more people go to their concerts but if people don't buy the artist's Cd's the artist wouldn't get golden records and if the artist doesn't get golden records they lose money. when someone pirates a movie the makers of the movie make less money from it and since people have already seen the movie there is hardly any point in going and seeing it in a movie theater unless the movie was good enough to go and spend $40 to see the same thing you already saw. so basically when someone pirates something the weaken the economy because more people hold on to their money and there is less money being sent and stimulating the economy and since less people are buying companies have to lay off workers to make a profit.

hacking

hacking can be as little as changing the controls of a video game to as big as stealing top secret information from the government. hacking can be harmless or it can get you put in jail for the rest of your life. hacking is no laughing matter. when you hack a video game its not that big a deal because all it really does is make people not like you but once you start hacking online accounts and tampering with them then you could really endanger people because if you tamper with the persons account and reveal information about the actual person you could give a stalker all the information hes needs or if people extremely dislike that person they could potentially kill the person or severely injure that person. if YouTube required peoples personal information i bet half the people on YouTube would be being stalked or something but either way i wouldn't want something to happen to anyone because someone hacked their Internet account and handed out that persons personal information. also when people hack an account associated with a credit card the hacker can steal the persons credit card information and cheat by getting free money. also when hackers hack a persons account the hacker can steal the persons identity and try to get a credit card under the persons name or try to get a loan for something and usually its too late by the time the person notices that they have to pay off a loan or a credit card that they never even saw. also one way to prevent hackers from accessing your accounts is by having extremely complex passwords that could take months to decode and change the password every 3 to 4 months. i know so far most of this blog hasn't been about cheating directly but in a way it is how the hackers themselves cheat at life just to make someone they could have never met miserable. also there are hackers that are professional and they spend thousands of dollars on equipment so they are very hard to catch. these professional hackers sometimes are hired by people who need information from a government data base that they cant get to personally. and sometimes the government hires hackers to rat out other hackers because they know what the other hackers are doing, but also hackers can be hired by terrorists and the hackers could launch missiles at certain places for the terrorists.

cheating at school

hey you out there, have you ever cheater on a test or something at school? I know i haven't, any way, i know the consequences of cheating because so many kids in my classes over the years have cheated. the consequences can be dire if you cheat ,you can fail the test you cheated on, you could get detentions, you can get suspended, or even be expelled. some people cheat by writing the answers to the questions on their hands and just copying the answers from their hands on to the test or quiz they are taking. another way people can cheat at school is by plagiarizing, when you plagiarize you steal other peoples work without giving them credit for it or if they don't give you permission to use their work and you use it anyway. i personally am not a fan of plagiarizing because when you plagiarize you could be sued and some people will just copy entire reports and what not of the Internet just to get the easy way out of having to actually do something. i don't think its fair when people copy other peoples work and say its theirs because the people who plagiarized could get paid a lot of money for stealing and i think that is wrong. i know how it feels to have my work plagiarized because in halo 3 i had made a fantastic map in forge and i liked playing on it with my friends and after about 3 months after i finished making the map i found it on bungie favorites and it said the maker of the map was one of my friend's friends that i had talked to before and so i got angry and i asked my friends to file a complaint on him and he got banned for a couple days and after that he had apologised for stealing my map. but back to cheating at school another way people cheat at school is when they have a project that they didn't do and they erase someones name off of a good project and write their own. you can also cheat at school by being good at sports and being involved in a bunch of school sport teams and having the teacher pass you just so you can play sports for the school and win a championship for your school. this would not be fair because the people who don't play sports are then graded harder than the people playing sports and the people that play sports are the ones that are more likely to get scholarships to good schools.
